Deluxe Guestroom Features
Deluxe guestrooms feature black accents—such as decorative pillows and two-color Chicago photographs—against soothing tones of gold, while upholstered headboards provide aesthetically pleasing backdrops for crisp textured white bed linens. Seating arrangements include a chaise lounge or dual overstuffed chairs covered in contemporary animal motifs of muted mocha and onyx. Premier Guestroom Features
Our premier accommodations in Chicago draw guests into taupe marble foyers, reminiscent of residential dwellings, splashed with chocolate colored accents. Chenille chaises in tones of sienna and bedding in hues of cream provide the perfect balance against bold mahogany bureaus. Custom wood finishes and oversized marble bathrooms—complete with rainforest showers—create a haven of cosmopolitan luxury, distinct for a boutique hotel.

Executive King Suite
Approximately 960 square feet in size, the Executive Suite features an oversized parlor with versatile seating and dining room furniture—ideal for relaxing with friends and family or entertaining small groups of acquaintances. A wet bar is adjacent to the living room and features a refrigerator and pantry with an extensive countertop for food and beverage preparation.
Views of the Chicago River are visible from the parlor, while the bedroom captures vignettes of downtown Chicago. The adjoining bedroom has one king size bed and an oversized bathroom complete with a separate rainforest shower and large soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a busy day in the city.
Junior Suite
This intimate suite, measuring 780 square feet, is the perfect solution for guests who desire additional space or plan to be in Chicago for an extended period of time. Subzero refrigeration and a generous wet bar with a marble countertop address food and beverage preservation needs that may arise, while a parlor with a 37-inch flat-screen plasma television, a spacious desk with an ergonomic chair and a convertible couch is located adjacent to the bedroom.
Junior suites have one king size bed and feature urban views that replicate the authenticity of city living. The luxurious bathroom leaves nothing to be desired with a large soaking tub and separate rainforest shower.
Fitness Suite
This multifunctional suite measures 780 square feet and is ideal for guests who want to make the most of their time away from home. A separate parlor is equipped with either a treadmill or an elliptical trainer, so you can enjoy a cardio workout in the privacy of your own room. Parlor furnishings also include a spacious desk and ergonomic chair so you can conduct business in comfort at your leisure.
The Fitness Suite is similar to the Junior Suite and contains subzero refrigeration and a generous wet bar with a marble countertop. Fitness suites have one king size bed and feature urban views that replicate the authenticity of city living. The luxurious bathroom leaves nothing to be desired and beckons travelers with a large soaking tub and separate rainforest shower—the perfect finish to a brisk workout.

Deluxe City View
The Deluxe City View room provides a choice of a king bed or two queen beds with colorful comforters and bright white linens. Deluxe River View
The River View rooms at Hotel 71 offer some of the most picturesque views of downtown Chicago. This spacious room averages 400 square feet and has one King bed or two Queen beds in a contemporary design. Premier City View
The Premier City View room comes with either one king bed or two queen beds and provides some of the best downtown views of the city.
