Intimate meetings ranging from 8-12 people may be held in the privacy and comfort of one of our specialty suites located on the 37th and 38th floors of the hotel. A wet bar, adjacent to the parlor, is ideal for beverage stations and mid-morning and afternoon breaks while residential furnishings stimulate comfortable productive gatherings.

The Penthouse Ballroom, located on the 39th floor, features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of Chicago's downtown area. Groups with 50-60 people may hold their general session and meal functions on the 39th floor, while meetings with 80-90 attendees may conduct their general session in the ballroom and their meal functions in the 1st or 6th function space.

Hotel 71 has a variety of twelve breakout rooms on the 6th floor that provide the perfect venue for intimate to midsize interactive sessions. Ranging in size from 310 to 800 square feet, these function spaces feature nature light with eight of the rooms boasting breathtaking views of the Chicago River.
