These spacious guest rooms range in size from 450-800 square feet. The bathroom features granite countertop, telephone, and designer bath products.

Hotel 71’s Premiere rooms were completely renovated in 2006 and provide a warm luxurious residential environment. The guest rooms are spacious in size, ranging from 450 – 800 square feet, with either a king or two queen beds and provide some of the best urban and river views in the city. The guest rooms boast custom hardwood finishes and furnishings, marble foyers, 36 inch plasma screen televisions, desk with ergonomic chair and complimentary high speed wireless Internet access and marble baths with 17 inch LCD monitors, rainforest showers and designer bath and body products.
